It’s almost that time again: the start of a new season of ‘De slimste mens’! This time we can applaud a fellow townsman, because a resident of The Hague is participating.

Who is the smartest celebrity in the Netherlands? In the TV quiz they compete against each other to take home this title. Elodie Verweij from The Hague is also participating. Fingers crossed!
These are the participants
You may know Elodie as the political chief of the talk show Jinek. She competes against a colorful group of participants during The smartest person. Some candidates are tattoo artist Henk Schiffmacher, jury member of De slimste mens in België Jeroom and cabaret artist and YouTuber Iris Rulkens.

The candidates will compete against each other under the leadership of Philip Freriks and Maarten van Rossem. Are you curious whether our fellow townsman will become the smartest person?
