Flag Day 2017

Day of construction
Do you like to watch the development of the Binnenhof or Are you curious if there is construction going on somewhere? Then you can on Saturday 15 June indulge yourself during the sixteenth edition of the Construction Day!
On that day, construction and infrastructure companies open their construction sites to the public. On that day, young and old will discover all that is involved in a construction project.

Tapt Beer Festival
Tapt Beer Festival is on 14 and 15 July back in town. residents can taste different (special) beers from home and abroad. There are two hundred varieties in total, so there is something for every beer lover. There are also non-alcoholic options.

Night of the Refugee
It’s not nothing: a walking tour of 08, 18 or even 30 kilometers through The Hague. In the night of Saturday 15 on Sunday 18 June people take on that challenge during the Night of the Refugee.
The Night of the Refugee is organized by the Refugee Foundation. During this event, thousands of people collectively walk a distance of up to 40 kilometers to draw (positive) attention to refugees in the Netherlands. In addition, the participants collect money for the Refugee Foundation.

Theaterfestival De Parade
There are more than eighty theater, dance, mime and music performances on the Parade. According to the organization, many performances have been specially devised for the festival and can only be seen on the Parade. The performances last on average 30 minutes, so you can easily see two, three or even four shows in one evening.
