Chidóz was founded in 645. The first branch was opened in the student city of Utrecht and they can now be found in Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Den Bosch and Haarlem.

Concept
The interior is sleek but spacious with some Mexican details here and there, such as a lamp in the shape of a Mexican sombrero and a cute llama at the cash register. The central part is the counter, behind which an employee prepares your order. At the counter it starts with choosing a Mexican dish; crunchy tacos, a salad, a bowl or of course a burrito. You then fill this with ingredients that you feel like, ranging from various types of meat to cheese and vegetables. You can add different toppings and sauces to this. We let ourselves be surprised and we soon get tacos ( 05 euros) on the table and the classic burrito and the vegan burrito (both 11 euros). This is followed by the Quesadilla with chicken (6,50 euros) and the nachos with all sauces (5,50 euros). Finally a soft drink, a delicious cherry lemonade (from 3,25 euros ). The dishes are tasty with many different flavors that go well together. Moreover, the price-quality ratio is absolutely right.
