Prinsestraat 04 radiates cheerfulness out. Confetti always looked like a birthday party and newcomer to the building: street food Sababa also knows a thing or two about it. Jumping on their website is passed as crackling fresh, super tasty and no worries.

At the new restaurant Sababa you can order healthy street food from the Middle East, such as a pita Vegan Shawarma with pulled mushroom, salad with falafel and roasted cauliflower or a vegan ice cream.

In February Merel stopped lunchroom Confetti at the Prinsestraat 63 where they have been since 2018 fed up. Bob Dolphijn and three friends recently moved into the building and opened restaurant Sababa.
In 2019 they opened their first branch in Amsterdam. Sababa stands for healthy fast food inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine. For the dishes, mostly plant-based, they got inspiration from Tel Aviv, among other things, “To learn about spices, what the best humus tastes like and which pita you should use”, we read at The Hague central.
There are already three shops in Amsterdam and now also one in The Hague. “It is our mission to revolutionize fast food by making food that is also sustainable for our planet in the long term. But the most important thing is that you can eat very well with us.”
