Do you have hay fever? Then the chance of itchy eyes and sneezing showers is high this week, because a lot of pollen is flying through the air in The Hague.

The website keeps track of the data on the number of pollen in the Netherlands. The platform works together with Buienradar and the Elkerliek hospital to inform us about the expected number of pollen in the air.

Tips against hay fever

Burning eyes, a dry throat and a stuffy nose: hay fever is no fun. Unfortunately, according to it cannot be cured. Fortunately, the health platform has some tips:

    • stay indoors and close windows if pollen is high;
  • wear a sunglasses when you go outside;
  • don’t mow the grass yourself;
