In the years ‘ The Hague was the beat city with bands like Golden Earring and Q12, there were also youth gangs including the Frogs and Bulls. In the years ’60 there was still an outdoor swimming pool in the Zuiderpark, people went to the movies in Metropole Tuschinski and the Malieveld and the Place were still used as a parking lot.
