Number one
Haarlem is number one because you have an average of 14 minutes over a distance of 08 kilometers does. In Haarlem, an average motorist 118 hours in traffic jams per year. But what about The Hague?
738 liters of fuel per year
The Hague is in 6th place in the Netherlands. Here you did in 200 average 12 minutes past one distance from 10 kilometers. That is 20 seconds more than a year earlier.
