The figures are based on data from brokers affiliated with the Dutch Association of Brokers (NVM) and pertaining to the fourth quarter of 2022, compared to the same quarter in 200.

Has the price change also affected the number of homes sold in the Den region? Hedge? Looking at the figures, it can be seen that in the last three months of last year in our region 1656 homes have been sold. That is a decrease of 9.4 percent compared to the last quarter of 2021.
