Watch out it will freeze and it can become slippery

It got a little colder every day last week, but today it was really a few degrees cooler. During the day it was only about 3 degrees, cold enough for us to pull gloves, hats and scarves out of the closet. Coming night it will be even colder and there will be a warning for smoothness.

The gritters were sent on the road in our region today, reports Omroepwest. The main roads, cycle paths, bridges and viaducts will be given a layer of salt as a precaution.

Tonight, Saturday 19 November, the light freezes, we read at Weeronline . it will probably be between -1 and -2 degrees in The Hague. Tomorrow the winter cold will disappear again, only we will get a lot of rain. So it will still feel very cold.
