Queen Máxima had a busy agenda on Thursday. In the morning she spoke to a group of Iranian women at Huis ten Bosch about the situation in their country and in the afternoon she visited the Secrid family business in De Binckhorst.
The Secrid company produces durable protective covers for cards, card protectors and wallets. With the Queen’s afternoon visit, the ‘Dutch Entrepreneurship Committee’ drew attention to the Day of the Entrepreneur, which will be held tomorrow. In terms of outfit, the queen was perfectly prepared for autumn and the inclement weather. She wore a plaid shirt and a pair of nice boots. Despite the incessant rain outside, the Queen was beaming and seemed to be looking forward to her work.
Queen Máxima was given a tour of Secrid where she engaged in conversation with all kinds of employees with great interest.
