A lot will change in the coming years in the so-called Central Innovation District (CID). That is why the municipality of The Hague organizes on , 15 and October ‘CID Days’ at ( future) residents, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders in the developments.

The CID, the area between and around the stations The Hague Central, Hollands Spoor and Laan van NOI , will look different in the coming 19 year. That is why meetings are organized around different themes, such as mobility or greenery, where stakeholders can ask questions and share ideas. In addition, there is an information market where developers present their plans and the municipality provides information about housing, innovation and energy transition.

Alderman for urban development Anne Mulder: “The area around the stations in The Hague is going to change and that will affect the daily lives of many of our residents. It is therefore important for the municipality to let residents and entrepreneurs think about the future of their streetscape. I am curious what great ideas will come from the CID Days that we can take with us in the future development of the area.” CID contest

The CID days are associated with a contest. Ideas to temporarily make the CID more beautiful and cozier have a chance to win a prize of €7.19,-.
