That is what the FNV union has announced. The largest strike day is on Friday September, there will be a national action for travelers to provide alternative transport. In the days before the sixteenth there are regional strikes.
These are the strike days per province:
Tuesday, September 6: Flevoland, South Holland and Zeeland.
Wednesday, September 7: North Holland and Utrecht.
- Thursday September 8: Gelderland, Brabant and Limburg.
- Friday 9 September: Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe and Overijssel.
Both buses and trains of the regional carriers do not run. Fortunately, there are no trains from Arriva, for example, in The Hague and since NS is not on strike, you can still get in and out of the city by train.

Previous strikes
The new actions are a continuation of the strikes that took place in the summer. Then a relay strike was held. On June 2 , HTM
went on strike in The Hague earlier this year. The day before, the regional transport also laid down the bus and tram keys.
Why the strike is taking place
The employees of EBS and Arriva go on strike because they want more staff to be added, which can reduce the workload. According to them, this is only possible through higher wages and permanent contracts.
