With a sharp turn out of the harbor and bouncing over the waves towards the Scheveningen Pier: We had a very nice outing, because we sailed for half an hour with Michel Puglia from RIB Actie. With a powerboat we almost flew over the waves at Scheveningen.

Michel just came back from a trip with two agents from Groningen and Amsterdam. He gave them a lesson to sail and then it was our turn.
At the helm
Because Michel is an instructor (including years of training employees of the rescue brigade) we were also allowed to the helm. We sailed out of the Scheveningen harbor very tough, with a sharp bend. One last wave to the sunbathers before we bounced full force over the waves.
It is wonderful to cool off on such a boat and you are immediately full of adrenaline. At the Pier we encountered another daredevil: a bungee jumper. We could fill whole pages about this adventure, but it’s much more fun to watch the video:
