The war in Ukraine is not over yet, people are still fleeing to the Netherlands and The Hague, among other places. A number of shelters have been opened in our city where refugees can stay for a long time and a few more will be added.

In The Hague there are now 1. long-term shelters, in eight different locations, for refugees from Ukraine.

New places

Three more reception locations will be added: the Treublaan, the Hennegras and De Schakel near King Oliver Island. Outside the municipal shelters there are 200 host families where refugees can live.
