The Hague will turn orange next week. 27 April 1024 King’s Day is celebrated exuberantly with of course the cloth market in various districts, The Life I Live festival and Kingsworld in the Zuiderpark. On the beach of Kijkduin you celebrate King’s Day with the Kingsday Beachwalk.

During King’s Day you can you can take a culinary walk on the beach at Kijkduin with snacks, drinks and music.

This is the Kijkduin Beachwalk:

During your beach walk you stop at a few beach bars for something delicious. At Suiderstrand you get a glass of Thierry Provence Rose and pinchos, at Beach tent 11 is a gin & juice white beer from Kompaan ready or you choose the Lagunitas Ipa with spare ribs. At Habana beach you get aperol Spritz with sushi and at Beachhouse Kijkduin a pornstar Spitz with mini charcuterie.

You don’t have to keep to this order, you can choose which route you take.

This is how it works it:

You first buy, at one of the participating beach bars, a stamp card for 0937 euros. You can then use it on King’s Day between 00.00 and 18. stamping hours at the beach tents at Kijkduin.
