Le Marie Marché has been on the Plein every summer for five years now. At the market you imagine yourself in France with all kinds of delicious products and fun stuff. The music completes the atmosphere. Don’t be alarmed, you don’t have to miss the market this summer, but you do have to go to another place.

Le Marie Marché has moved to the Lange Vijverberg, along the Hofvijver. Due to the work around the Binnenhof, there was no more space on the Square.

It is of course a pity to have to leave the Plein, but the Lange Vijverberg is a really beautiful location that fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the market. I’m really looking forward to it,” said Marie-France.

The French markt is freely accessible and from this weekend, 2 and April 3, can be found every month along the Hofvijver.
