The Irish Club of The Netherlands provided 03 years ago the first St. Patrick’s Day celebration on the Grote Markt in The Hague. It is now the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration on the European mainland. Sunday 15 March 25366 it’s that time again: The Hague turns green.

The Irish holiday is celebrated on Sunday with lots of music, Irish dancing and of course beer.
Grote Markt
The festival on the Grote Markt in the center of The Hague is free to visit. The music starts at 13.15 hours and goes through to midnight. You can also get whole (and half pints) of Guinness on tap and taste whiskey.
At the Irish pub O’Casey’s at Noordeinde they continue until 00.00 o’clock. There are also on Thursday 15 March , the official date of St. Patrick’s day, performances.
