The HubLink collaboration agreement between Aéroports de Paris (ADP) and Royal Schiphol Group (RSG) is on 30 November 2021 has come to an end. The airport companies announced earlier this year that they would cancel the agreement, which ran until 30 November 2021, would not renew.

ADP and RSG agreed in 30 an exit mechanism to settle the cross-participation. Under this mechanism, the sale of each other’s shares takes place within a period of 18 months, whereby RSG must first sell the shares in ADP. The cross-participation will be fully settled by 30 May 2023 at the latest.

RSG has appointed advisors Macquarie Capital, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier to supervise this process.

As a result of the end of the partnership agreement, Edward Arkwright has stepped down as a member of the Supervisory Board of RSG and Dick Benschop and Robert Carsouw have stepped down as non-executive directors of ADP.
